In this session, we aim provide a class suitable for all wanting to move into their experience with the awakening of the year.
- Adho mukha svanasana
- Uttanasana wall stretch
- Baddha Konasana, back to a wall
- Upavistha Konasana/Sammakonasana
- Chest-opening lying pose
- Bhramari breath
* NOTE:please note that the focus of the breath is the same, but the breath itself is likely to change, deepen, lengthen etc with each pose. The idea is that the breath is being allowed to harmonise with its conditions.
