Yoga Class XII - 20 minute morning session

20 minute morning session (before work)

This session is just enough to start you off on a good footing before your work day begins. Don’t forget that a major part of your practice should be making the space to listen so that your work in each pose is a combination of action and response.

 

  1. Adho mukha svanasana/down face dog- (hands and heels on blocks , hands at wall feet wide)
  2. Adho mukha svanasana -(belts on door handles)
  3. Balasana- anterior spine extension
  4. Pavanamuktasana
  5. Viparita karani
  6. Sukhasana
  7. Savasana
