Weekly drop-in class in the charming conservatory at the Summerhayes Centre, Marshall Lane, Newhaven, BN9 9RB.

Every Thursday from 6.15pm until 7.30pm

 

Gentle traditional yoga suitable for all levels of experience including beginners.  We work with the breath and listen to our own bodies (as the real teacher).  I bring mats and equipment.   Still Only £5.00 per class.
