Lisa Murphy - 500 hour certificate

Lisa uses yoga as a fun way to see the truth of the present moment, recognising and letting go of thoughts and ‘stuck’ emotions.

Yoga helped Lisa to remain calm and grounded when she was a nurse at Great Ormond Street Hospital and now that she is a mother and nutritional therapist, she loves the sense of aliveness and calm in her body that she gets from her practise.

Lisa finds that prolonged distraction from the present moment results in her feeling stressed; yoga helps her to be more herself. She runs drop-in classes in Lewes and Plumpton.
