Cherie Trott

I originally came to yoga to deepen my spiritual practice during my recovery from drug and alcohol use. What started as a personal journey quickly became something so much more — a way to reconnect with my body and mind after many years of disconnection. It became a practice of slowing down, tuning in, and building a deeper sense of inner awareness and alignment with my true self.

In my spare time, you’ll usually find me out in nature — connecting, observing, and learning from the natural rhythm and way the world moves. I bring this into both my personal practice and teaching by encouraging a slower, more intuitive approach, allowing space to simply be rather than striving to achieve.

My teaching is rooted in authenticity and presence, creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, supportive, and real. I’m especially passionate about supporting those who may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or new to yoga — offering a grounded and accessible approach that meets you exactly where you are.

I currently run a Friday morning class at Eastbrook community center, 11-12pm, just turn up, relax and transform!
