Didi has been practising Yoga for over 20 years, only starting to practice more regularly in the last 2 years. She has always been fascinated by the human body, so much so she trained to be a midwife. Seeing how women naturally adopted Yogic breathing techniques and positions in labour led her to study Pregnancy Yoga teaching with Sally Parkes in 2014. Didi enjoyed this so much that she immediately enrolled onto Sevanti's Unity Yoga Teacher Training 9-month Diploma in Brighton (200 hours Unity Flow). This was transformative and healing. Then after stumbling into Jim Tarran's yoga classes she found herself on the 2-year Vajrasati Teacher Training in May 2015, which has brought a lightness, integrity and depth of subtly to her teaching. Not a fan of juice fasting, at least not for long periods of time, when Didi isn't midwifing or stretching it out on the mat she can be found in cafes around Brighton sampling vegan cakes and brownies.
