1. Lay on your back

  2. Take hold of your right foot, and bend the right knee to form a right angle between the calf and the thigh.

  3. Maintaining the right angle draw the knee towards the right side ribs.

  4. Allow the stretch room to breathe

  5. If the stretch continues to open, allow the knee to move past the side ribs towards the floor, be mindful to maintain the right angle at the back of the knee.

  6. Stay for 20-30 seconds or 10-20 breaths then repeat for the other side.
