I first started practicing yoga in the early nineties. I thought of training to be a teacher many years ago, but life happened instead. I have lived in Brighton and attended many classes for almost 25 years, but it was only during lockdown that the urge to deepen my practice became overwhelming.

I now teach regular classes that aim to both strengthen the body and calm the mind. It is important to me to create a welcoming and inclusive environment when I teach. I endeavour to bring people to a place where they can benefit from the space and lightness that is possible with yoga. Practicing should be an opportunity to use the sensations in the body to focus on integrating the self with the present moment.
