My classes are both dynamic and restorative and also somewhere between the two which is refreshing, nurturing and focused. In my classes we pay attention to our breath and subtle energy, bubbling. Warm witted humour along the way. My teaching points towards ancient traditional yogic philosophies broken down in relation to our modern lifestyles. Referring us to simply draw upon the quality of our hearts. Letting go to building strength and a sense of union. Through posture, mantra, pranayama and meditation.
