Kathy has an enthusiastic and encouraging approach to teaching yoga. She leaves her students with the same uplifted feeling she experiences while practising Vajrasati Yoga.
She feels that an exploratory attitude can help us to deepen our awareness and develop a sense of freedom and strength, both physically and mentally. Ultimately this will enable us to stay centred and become more resilient and calm in our everyday lives.
Kathy has practised various styles of yoga since 2000 including Iyengar and Scaravellii and has found that Vajrasati embodies all that she loves about yoga.
