Marina has practised yoga for the last 10 years in earnest but off and on since her teens/childhood. In her current day job she promotes active travel, especially to schools and young people. She also has a background in contemporary dance and an interest in mindfulness, body work, and health/well-being.
What she likes about Vajrasati Yoga is the combination of challenge and intuitive approach.
Her favourite place to be is a beach in a warm place ;-) but she practises wherever she gets a chance, from crammed yoga classes at her workplace in the big smoke to friends living rooms, recently generally with a toddler or two crawling over her.
