Ocean Isoaro-Dane

Practicing and teaching this exceptionally accessible and joyful style of yoga has been Ocean's love since 2010/2013.

She loves to share how our practice can at the same time be exciting and peaceful, and no matter how things are (you are welcome exactly as you are), Ocean's classes invite each pose and practice to be a meditation.

Poses and practices offer spaciousness, awareness, joy, kindliness, freedom, peace, love and enjoyment - and an opportunity to "come home".

Classes regularly take place both in-person in a beautiful hall, full of fresh air; at a breathtakingly beautiful local beach; and in a stunning, peaceful park; and also with a relaxed and super-friendly international community via Zoom.

Testimonials:

I have been attending Ocean’s Zoom yoga class weekly since lockdown commenced. The class is suitable for all – beginners or those with experience – as Ocean talks through every move and posture clearly, giving options for different levels. Each week the class varies in what we do which keeps it interesting. This is a great time to refresh the body and the mind, and a virtual class is a great way of accessing taught yoga at this time. “

I write for a living and sit at a keyboard for up to 12 hours a day – awful for my back. And I’m 48, so there’s that added stress. I have done yoga on and off for 25 years but seeing Ocean with one-to-one sessions has allowed me to stretch deeper and longer than ever before. She is the most helpful and insightful yoga teacher I have ever had.”
