Yoga has been part of my life for 20 years. What began as a way of keeping fit gradually evolved into something much more meaningful, supporting me through different phases of my life.

Teacher training was something I had been curious about for many years, and after having my two boys it felt like the right time to take that step. Discovering Vajrasati Yoga was a turning point. Its spacious and thoughtful approach inspired me to deepen my understanding of a practice I had grown to love. While I was initially drawn to the physical postures, I soon became fascinated by the philosophy, anatomy, and the wider teachings of yoga. The training continues to inspire my curiosity, self-reflection, and appreciation of yoga as a lifelong practice.

As a teacher, I offer welcoming, friendly, playful and inclusive classes that encourage students to connect with their breath, move with curiosity, and find greater ease and awareness. My intention is to share the joy and peace that yoga has brought to my own life, creating a space where students can explore without striving for perfection, building strength alongside spaciousness, and leaving class feeling more connected and grounded.

Outside of yoga, you'll usually find me tending my allotment, growing fruit and vegetables, enjoying nature, or heading off on adventures with my two boys.
