Sally Lightburn-Jones

Sally began practicing yoga in 1996 and attended her first Vajrasati class in 2015. She was immediately drawn to the depth of the practice and the encouragement to explore and go deeper finding freedom and awareness through gentle movement and breath.

Sally say’s this was a really exciting time as she felt she had been introduced to yoga for the first time. Her whole practice changed and she was so inspired by the Vajrasati classes that she decided to apply for the teacher training course.

Sally continues to learn and immerse herself in her studies and her personal practice. She realised at the beginning of the course that her journey of yoga had only just begun.

She is committed and passionate about her practice and invites her students to explore intuitively through mindful movements, correct alignment and awareness.

Sally combines her warmth, enthusiasm and sense of humour to gently guide her students through her classes with a focus on breathing, releasing and smiling.
