Sarah Mead

Sarah was first introduced to yoga in 2000 and over the intervening years has enjoyed exploring her practise through different forms of yoga. In 2007, she attended her first Vajrasati yoga class where she was inspired by the Vajrasati principles of acceptance and self investigation through movement and connection.

One of Sarah’s other passions is climbing which perfectly complements her yoga practise and Sarah hopes to continue investigating the relationship between the two through her teaching.

Sarah currently holds a 500 Hour Teacher Certificate which she completed in April 2011.
