Tish Vail

Tish Vail has completed her VS Yoga YAP 200 and is super close to receiving her 500 +.

Tish has a creative side to her and has found that whilst the practise started on her mat, it can be integrated into all aspects of life. “Yoga has changed my perspective on how to live, if I’m in any doubt there is always a teaching I can turn to. Yoga is an ancient, tried and tested system of knowledge designed to create happy and healthy relationships – with oneself, with others and our planet.”

It is from this she takes inspiration and by sharing her own experiences wishes to be of service to others.
