Trudi has been exploring yoga for nine years as well as continuing to play competitive sport. Although these things seem poles apart she has found some connections in yoga that can aid the strength and conditioning of athletes. This is an interest that she, no doubt, will expand on in the future.
Trudi currently teaches sport and yoga to students at Brighton College. Her yoga teaching embodies the Vajrasati principles of self-investigation through movement and connection. Her own practise is essential within her busy life and she finds it gives her the awareness and calmness to deal with other pressures.
She holds her full 500 Hour Vajrasati Teacher Certificate.
